A service of thanksgiving for the life of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will take place at 3pm on Sunday 18th September 2022 at St Lawrence Church, Whitwell. In addition, there will be Morning Prayer at 9am on the day of the funeral (Monday 19th September 2022)
Following the death of our Queen, Elizabeth II St Lawrence Church Whitwell is open daily from 9am – 4pm for reflection and prayer. Candles are available should you wish to light one in prayer. You are welcome to lay flowers with a card expressing condolences if you wish. Please leave
